Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP seeks a KM Legal Research Lead in the KM and Innovation Department to provide advanced research and AI-enabled knowledge management support to attorneys, paralegals, business professionals, and clients.

You will act as SME for legal research tools, develop templates, manage the intranet Research Center, train staff, and evaluate tools and AI workflows, shaping the firm’s research strategy across practice areas. Four to eight years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MLS or JD required or equivalent work experience.
• 4–8 years of legal research experience.
• Experience at Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency with legal research and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in legal research for KM, handling complex requests and leading analyst training.
• Assist attorneys and staff with timely, cost-effective research and material retrieval.
• Develop and finalize templates and procedures for legal-related research.
• Support AI tools and AI-enhanced workflows in legal practice.
• Evaluate tools for purchase and guide adoption; monitor industry trends.
• Maintain and update the KM Research Center, guides, and training materials.
