Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a KM Legal Research Lead in the KM and Innovation Department to provide advanced research and AI-enabled KM support for attorneys, paralegals, professionals, and clients. The role also includes SME support for legal research tools, best practices, and AI initiatives.

You will develop templates, guidelines, and workflows, and guide the use of AI features in research platforms while evaluating tools for cost-effectiveness and impact across the firm.

Qualifications

• MLS and/or JD required.
• 4–8 years of legal research experience.
• Experience at Am Law 100/200 preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency with major legal research platforms and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in legal-related research, including complex tasks and training.
• Assist attorneys and staff with timely, cost-effective research.
• Develop and finalize research templates and procedures.
• Support AI tool adoption and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Evaluate research tools and inform tool selection decisions.
• Maintain Research Center and curate practice guides and videos.
• Bill time for reference and research activities.
