Goodwin is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to perform in-depth legal and business research to support attorneys and administrative departments. You will develop and deliver targeted training programs for new associates and offer consultative services on complex projects, while staying ahead of industry developments and GenAI tools.

Qualifications

MLS from an ALA-accredited library school; substitution allowed with equivalent research experience.
7+ years’ experience providing research in a private law firm, academic law library or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Delivers proactive and value-added research to the firm.
Provides expert legal and business research assistance to attorneys and staff in a timely manner.
Maintains expert knowledge of internal knowledge resources to enhance deliverables.
Develops and delivers training on research methods and tools.
Leads onboarding for new administrative and legal staff and contributes to intranet resources.
