Job summary

Valar Atomics is redefining energy. We seek a Legal Operations Specialist to build the operational backbone of our legal function as we scale, owning cap table management, contract systems, insurance, and vendor coordination.

You’ll partner with the GC and cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and business teams to keep our legal work fast and rigorous. You will help implement a CMS/CLM, create playbooks, and drive scalable processes in a fast-growing hard-tech environment, enabling rapid growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years in legal operations or corporate paralegal work
• Experience managing capitalization tables on Carta or Pulley
• Experience drafting NDAs and routine commercial agreements
• Experience with entity management and housekeeping across jurisdictions
• Experience managing corporate insurance programs and renewals
• Experience implementing or supporting a CMS/CLM
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized
• Able to work independently in a fast-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Manage capitalization table and equity events (Carta or Pulley)
• Draft, review, and manage NDAs and routine vendor agreements
• Own entity management and corporate housekeeping for subsidiaries
• Oversee corporate insurance programs and renewals
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and administration of a CMS/CLM
• Develop legal playbooks, templates, and SOPs for scalable self-service
• Track compliance calendars and export control deadlines (ITAR, EAR, DOE Part 810)
• Assist with board matters, consents, and resolutions
• Identify improvements to legal operations processes as the company scales
