Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Senior Legal Operations Program Manager in San Mateo, CA. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office weekly, leading cross‑functional programs and legal technology initiatives across global teams.

The candidate will drive process improvements, manage multiple initiatives, and partner with IT, Finance, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive program management or legal operations experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Asana as a project/work management platform.
• Experience with CLM, eBilling, Matter Management or IP/Trademark tools.
• Strong analytic and KPI/reporting skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional Legal programs from planning through delivery with roadmaps and milestones.
• Use Asana to manage workstreams, sprint schedules, dependencies, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain the Legal technology roadmap across priorities.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, Privacy and business partners.
• Oversee a portfolio of Legal technologies and drive optimization.
• Provide status reporting and KPI updates to Legal leadership.
