Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in legal project management or legal operations within a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Leadership experience supporting teams in a distributed environment (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and billing guideline compliance.

Responsibilities

• Improve execution, efficiency, and accuracy of legal projects with a focus on process improvement.
• Document and maintain current and future-state workflows and handoffs for consistent execution.
• Set up and maintain budgets/AFAs; monitor budget-to-actuals, accruals, and reforecasting; monitor financial performance.
