Qualifications

• Experience automating repetitive work and supporting decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to General Counsel and Tax Director.
• Draft, manage, and organize legal documents and data room files.
• Oversee entity governance and regulatory compliance for domestic and international entities.
• Maintain and manage internal systems, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Process monthly invoices, assist with tax forms, and support banking setups.
