Job summary

Nu in Miami is seeking a senior, individual-contributor attorney for the Global Strategic Contracts & Growth team. You will lead M&A and strategic contracts workstreams, coordinate due diligence with internal teams and outside counsel, and negotiate transaction documents across borders.

The role requires fintech and technology deal experience, an AI-forward mindset, and the ability to guide cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• Active NY Bar in good standing.
• Experience in M&A, financial and technology sectors.
• Experience with fintech products and negotiating tech/fintech agreements.
• AI-forward mindset; hands-on use of AI tools in legal work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Legal's workstreams on M&A and strategic contracts, coordinating due diligence and negotiations with internal teams and outside counsel.
• Review, negotiate and draft global tech/fintech contracts with counterparties.
• Advise on AI-enabled processes and promote innovative tools in legal work.
