Job summary

FinQuery, a leader in lease accounting and AI-enabled financial platforms, seeks a senior in-house lawyer to lead contracts, compliance, and strategy. You will oversee enterprise risk, negotiate high-stakes agreements, and guide AI governance with executive leadership.

You will partner with Finance, Product, Security, and HR to scale legal operations globally while advising on multi-state employment and cross-border issues. This role requires strategic judgment and PE exposure.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 12 years of legal experience including substantial in-house tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record building efficient in-house operations and high-throughput contracting.

Responsibilities

• Own contract strategy with Sales, RevOps, CS, and Finance to align terms with revenue goals.
• Lead contracting operations with a fast turnaround target (1–2 business days).
• Establish and lead enterprise compliance including insurance oversight and risk reporting to the C-suite.
