Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level pilots and implementations across multiple stakeholders.
• Own client use cases, shaping onboarding frameworks.
• Build trusted relationships with legal ops and innovation leaders.
• Deliver executive demos articulating value and handling objections.
• Influence internal teams on implementation strategy.
• Surface product gaps and drive resolutions.
• Refine team processes for increasing quality and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback for team growth.
• Manage and develop a team of Legal Engineers.
• Lead hiring efforts for the Legal Engineering team.
