Menlo Ventures is seeking a motivated professional to support their growing Legal Engineering function in New York City. The role involves executing strategic initiatives, coordinating resources for client implementations, and optimizing user adoption metrics. Successful candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in management consulting or a similar field, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a commitment to executing operational rigor. A competitive compensation package is offered ranging from $180K to $220K, along with significant learning opportunities in legal tech.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting or transformation/implementation roles.
• Experience in a professional services environment (Legal, Big 4, or Management Consulting) preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint with ability to synthesize ideas into structured presentations.

• Support development and execution of Legal Engineering initiatives.
