The role involves executing strategic initiatives, coordinating resources for client implementations, and optimizing user adoption metrics. Successful candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in management consulting or a similar field, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a commitment to executing operational rigor. A competitive compensation package is offered ranging from $180K to $220K, along with significant learning opportunities in legal tech.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting or transformation/implementation roles.
• Experience in a professional services environment (Legal, Big 4, or Management Consulting) preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint with ability to synthesize ideas into structured presentations.
