• JD required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years' experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house with startup experience.
• Strong technical skills and ability to utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Adaptability to diverse projects and emerging technologies in the AI space.
• Interest in AI and legal practice, with a focus on prompt engineering and content development for AI responses.
• Understanding of US startup market and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent written communication skills in plain English.
• Efficient time management and project coordination within a dynamic editorial team.

Responsibilities

• Researching, drafting, and maintaining practical legal know-how content for startups.
• Monitor developments in law, practice, and market impacting startups to keep content current.
• Support development of AI-powered tools and integration with editorial content.
• Collaborate with Product Management to innovate tech development and AI integration.
• Develop and apply internal AI editorial tools with legal expertise.
• Liaise with external law firms and industry groups to reflect market practice.
• Support sales, marketing, and other business units with client inquiries.
