Job summary

Washington County District Attorney’s Office is seeking a detail oriented Senior Legal Specialist for the Records and Analytics Support Team. You will handle data entry, data quality control, and real-time data tracking to support our criminal prosecutions and public reporting.

Ideal candidates have five years of administrative experience in legal settings, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of admin/clerical support experience, three years at Legal Specialist II level.
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate may substitute for two years.
• Experience in public or private law offices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous data entry and ongoing data tracking in the case management system.
• Data quality control and timely reporting for presentations to officials.
• Train and mentor new team members and help develop policies and procedures.
• Attend court to support attorneys with real-time data tracking.
• Create electronic case files for defendants and review imported data for accuracy.
• Collect reports from law enforcement and distribute materials for review before deadlines.
• Maintain data integrity and enforce standardized tracking codes.
