Moss is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Supply Chain, to support its Energy Division by reviewing supplier agreements, negotiating procurement contracts, and advising on compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant legal experience, a JD, and an active U.S.

bar license, with strong negotiation and risk-management skills to partner with procurement, construction, and project operations. This role will help Moss protect its interests while enabling strategic supplier relationships and

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar; eligible to practice.
• At least 10 years of relevant legal experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement/supply/construction agreements.
• Demonstrated experience with master agreements and purchase orders; strong contracting principles.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate supply chain agreements, master supply and procurement contracts.
• Advise on purchase order terms, supplier quotations, and governing master agreements.
• Align contracts with project requirements and construction schedules.
• Develop templates, guidelines, and fallback provisions for contracting.
• Monitor laws, regulations, and trade policies affecting sourcing and procurement.
