Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one US state.
• 10+ years of legal experience supporting commercial transactions, procurement, supply chain, or construction projects.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supply agreements and vendor contracts.
• Strong understanding of contracting principles and risk allocation.
• Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, operations, or energy/industrial environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply chain and commercial agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle from supplier engagement to execution and administration.
• Advise on POs, quotations, amendments, and commercial requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, indemnity, and liability.
• Collaborate with project, operations, finance, risk, and procurement teams.
• Provide practical legal guidance on disputes, delays, and performance issues.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting sourcing and supplier management.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and approval processes.
• Deliver training on contracting best practices and risk management.
