Nossaman, based in Los Angeles or Orange County, seeks a Senior Business Development Coordinator to support regional and firmwide BD efforts. You will collaborate with the BD Department, practice groups, attorneys and staff to advance the Firm's goals and initiatives.

The role involves onboarding and bio updates, pitch development, opportunity tracking, and BD reporting. Travel and strong MS Office skills are required to perform effectively.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in writing, research, marketing or business.
• 2-4 years in business development, marketing, or professional services, preferably law firm.
• Experience supporting pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client service orientation and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support attorney onboarding and biography processes, including bio development, approvals, publication and ongoing profile updates
• Assist with the development of pitches, proposals, presentations and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Maintain the Firm's pitch tracking processes, including tracking pursuit activity, monitoring pending opportunities, maintaining databases and supporting reporting efforts
• Support the Firm's federal funding monitoring program through research, tracking and distribution of relevant information
• Maintain and update the Firm's business development tracking systems, including pursuits, opportunities, visibility activities and related reporting
• Collect and track notable matters, representative experience, success stories and other content used for business development and marketing purposes
• Conduct business, market, client and competitive intelligence research and distribute relevant information to attorneys and business development team members
• Maintain business development records, content repositories and research resources within the Firm's document management systems
• Assist with a variety of short- and long-term business development projects and day-to-day requests
