Qualifications

• A paralegal certificate/degree or a minimum of three years’ experience as a legal assistant.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively regarding legal matters.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations; research methods; and administrative and court procedures.
• Ability to assemble and prepare evidence, exhibits, affidavits, and documents for use in legal proceedings.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize attorney caseloads; organize case files; attend interviews and depositions; conduct investigations.
