Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior Solutions Manager, Legal AI FDE to drive product strategy for Forward Deployed Engineering engagements in CoCounsel Legal. You will own the product direction, engage with law firms and corporate legal teams, and coordinate with engineers and professional services to deliver bespoke yet scalable solutions.

You’ll manage discovery, build, validation, launch, and handoff, shaping repeatable capabilities for the broader portfolio.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or AI-enabled products.
Experience leading complex, customer-facing product work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to convert ambiguous problems into clear strategy, requirements, and execution plans.
Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Experience partnering with engineering and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with law firms, corporate legal departments, and internal stakeholders to uncover workflows and define requirements.
Lead product execution across multiple legal FDE engagements and align teams.
Own backlogs with prioritization, hygiene, and transparency across discovery, build, and launch.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from intake to deployment and adoption.
Identify repeatable capabilities from bespoke solutions for broader market value.
Define validation criteria for legal AI focusing on accuracy, transparency, and security.
Synthesize customer needs into roadmap recommendations and investment priorities.
