The role blends legal expertise with AI, requiring strong communication with lawyers and engineers, and a flexible hybrid work model across multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• JD or LLB required or strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of total professional experience, including legal practice or legal tech product roles.
• Fluency in legal terminology and experience working with legal teams.
• Comfort with AI tools and AI-assisted development environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI and LLM evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for legal workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions, pilots, onboarding, and enablement with legal customers.
• Build AI workflow prototypes and automations using Python and AI tools.
