Job summary

Complete Legal is a strategic litigation support and eDiscovery partner serving law firms and legal teams nationwide, trusted since 2014. We seek a Senior Account Manager to build and manage relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments, guiding eDiscovery, Forensics, Managed Review, and Litigation Support solutions end-to-end.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor account performance, and contribute to growth and client retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the legal atmosphere.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years in direct sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proactive, client-first mindset and multitasking ability.
• CRM proficiency and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and present strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and forecasting in CRM.
