Job summary

Adams & Martin Group, partnering with a leading global law firm, seeks a Senior Litigation Support Project Manager to lead complex eDiscovery matters from collection through production and trial support.

You will manage review platforms, analytics, TAR and AI-assisted workflows, advise on discovery strategy, and oversee data from email, cloud, mobile, forensic, and structured sources. The role requires 6+ years of experience and hands-on platform expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, CEDS, RCA, or PMP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery workflows.
• Hands-on expertise with Relativity, Nuix Discover, Reveal, Everlaw, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and other modern data sources.
• Knowledge of TAR, analytics, and AI tools such as Harvey and Copilot.
• Strong client-facing, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex eDiscovery matters from collection through production and trial support.
• Manage review platforms, analytics, TAR, and AI-assisted review workflows.
• Advise attorneys and clients on discovery strategy and ESI best practices.
• Oversee data from email, cloud, mobile, forensic, and structured sources.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Support data privacy, compliance, and cross-border discovery requirements.
• Train attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
