Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a Senior Materials Manager, Leathergoods and Shoes, to lead leather and material strategy across Leather Goods and Shoes, partnering with Design, Global Sourcing and Product Integrity to drive innovation, cost targets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in leather development, strong cross-functional leadership, and a proven ability to guide complex initiatives in a global environment, including supplier relationships and governance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leather and materials development, sourcing, and product development.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with supplier partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal and long-range leather and material strategy for Leather Goods and Shoes.
• Lead end-to-end leather and material development initiatives.
• Manage leather sampling, tracking, and prototype support.
• Establish leather & material sourcing strategies with Global Sourcing and tanneries for quality, cost, lead times, and supply chain resilience.
• Drive continuous improvement of leather development processes and governance.
