2B Residential in Illinois seeks a Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will manage tours, coordinate move-ins and renewals, and provide outstanding service to prospects and residents in the Greater St. Clair area.

Role requires strong communication, sales mindset, and familiarity with Yardi for record-keeping. This is a full-time on-site position with weekend shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of leasing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate move-ins/move-outs and tours.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and conduct tours for prospects.
• Ensure model apartments are clean and stocked for tours.
• Answer phones, route messages, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain leasing records and traffic activity in Yardi.
• Convert calls into scheduled appointments and tours.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and renewals.
• Support resident relations and respond to requests promptly.
• Support marketing efforts and community events.
