Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager for The Westbury Apartments and Champion Hills at Windyke in Memphis, Tennessee. The role oversees leasing for two nearby communities, coordinates tours, follows up with leads, supports resident relations, and helps maintain occupancy.

Tuesday through Saturday workdays with one Saturday off each month. This is a senior-leasing opportunity with leadership responsibilities and earning potential in a growing Memphis property management

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of apartment leasing experience required.
• Previous senior leasing, leasing manager, assistant manager, or multi-site leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and sales skills.

Aufgaben

• Lease apartments at The Westbury and Champion Hills at Windyke.
• Promote a positive image of both communities.
• Respond promptly to leads, calls, emails, texts, and walk-in prospects.
• Conduct apartment and community tours.
• Follow up with prospects, applicants, and move-ins.
• Help prospects compare communities and select the best apartment home.
• Monitor leasing activity, applications, approvals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate leasing priorities with Property Managers and assistants.
• Provide day-to-day leasing direction and support to the Leasing Consultant.
• Assist with resident relations and retention.
• Support renewals, move-ins, leasing paperwork, and admin responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and files.
• Communicate professionally with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
• Help coordinate Saturday leasing coverage for both properties.
