Job summary

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is actively seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the Annie's Townhomes community in the Memphis metropolitan area. This full-time role requires Saturday hours and duties include leasing, rent collection, and daily property inspections.

Responsibilities span overseeing leasing, handling resident requests, and supporting the property manager. Candidates should have 1–2 years of residential management experience and be able to pass background, credit, and drug

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of residential management or leasing experience.
• Experience using property management software, preferably OneSite or Yardi
• Available to work weekends
• Able to walk the property, which may include climbing stairs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
• Must pass credit check, background check, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the property, amenities and community.
• Handle all aspects of leasing apartments.
• Collect and enter rental payments.
• Record daily traffic information.
• Handle or assist in processing residents' service and maintenance requests.
• Perform daily inspection of model apartment, common areas and amenities.
• Assist in inspection of vacant apartments.
• Assume duties of property manager and perform other duties as directed.
