Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform and review period-end close activities for Fixed Assets and Leases, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee deliverables produced by the Virtual Team and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze complex asset, lease, depreciation, impairment, and reconciliation issues; implement practical solutions.
• Support SOX compliance and respond to internal/external audit requests.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Procurement, Finance, and Technology to resolve issues and improve controls.
