Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review month-end journal entries related to leases and lease payments.
• Review monthly lease payments and support lease accountants.
• Partner with FP&A, legal, and operations for business initiatives.
• Perform audits of year-end statements regarding CAM, real estate taxes, utilities.
• Administer the lease module from the accounting team's perspective.
