Job summary

Turnberry is seeking an experienced Sr. Lease Administrator to manage lease data for a retail real estate portfolio, focusing on data integrity, billing, and reporting. You will work with Accounting, Leasing, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate terms and timely communications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail real estate lease administration, strong Yardi, Excel, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage critical dates and charges across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate lease administration experience preferred
• Strong ability to interpret lease language and reconcile terms to system data

Responsibilities

• Abstract, interpret, input, and maintain lease data for shopping centers and other properties
• Maintain lease records in Yardi with critical dates, rents, options, and recoveries
• Validate billings, AR aging, and tenant payments against lease terms
• Coordinate with Accounting, Leasing, Legal, Operations, and Asset Management
• Prepare reports: rent rolls, delinquency reviews, and recoverable charge analyses
• Support due diligence, acquisitions, and lease lifecycle events
