Charles Schwab is seeking a Learning Solutions analytics-focused professional who can translate business needs into analytics, build executive-ready dashboards, and drive enterprise learning initiatives.

You will partner with Learning Consulting, Design, and Delivery to align analytics with business strategy, shape roadmaps, and establish governance for scalable learning programs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into analytics, measurement strategies, and actionable recommendations.
• Strong ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into insights.
• Experience liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with learning, talent, workforce, HR, or operational data.
• Strong data visualization and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate insights into analytics and platform requirements to improve learning outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, business cases, roadmaps, and system requirements for enterprise learning.
• Partner with WIT and HRPM to connect enterprise capabilities to learning outcomes.
• Establish governance, scalable processes, and channels for collaboration across teams.
