Job summary

Schwab is seeking a senior Learning Analytics lead who can connect strategy, analytics, operations, and business needs across the enterprise. You will partner with Learning Solutions, design, and delivery teams to drive alignment and translate data into decisions that improve learning effectiveness and impact.

You will shape learning strategy, dashboards, business cases, roadmaps, and system requirements while coordinating with Workforce Intelligence and HR Product Management to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Translating business needs into analytics, measurement strategies, and actionable recommendations.
• Synthesizing complex data from multiple sources into insights and recommendations.
• Liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements.
• Working with learning, talent, workforce, HR, or operational data to improve capability.
• Developing executive dashboards, presentations, roadmaps, and leadership communications.
• Influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning Consulting, Design, and Delivery to drive alignment and enterprise learning capabilities.
• Translate data into decisions that improve learning effectiveness and impact.
• Shaping learning strategy, roadmaps, and system requirements across the enterprise.
• Represent Learning Solutions priorities to WIT and HRPM and connect analytics to outcomes.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and communication across teams.
