Job summary

ASML US, LLC seeks a Senior Learning Specialist to design and deliver training that supports individual growth and organizational performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business needs and production goals.

Responsibilities include classroom and virtual sessions, hands-on manufacturing training with emphasis on safety and quality, program planning, and content development. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in adult education, HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitator.
  • Experience delivering training to adult learners in professional environments.
  • Experience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will:

Education and Experience

To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you will need experience working on high‑tech products and with complex processes.

As Senior Learning Specialist, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in adult education, human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitator
  • Experience delivering training to adult learners in professional environments
  • Experience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems is a plus

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.).
