Job summary

Apple Inc. Austin, TX seeks a Learning Platform Product Manager to own the end-to-end Apple learning platform from authoring to learner experience.

You will align business partners and content providers with engineering, program management, and UX to deliver a coherent roadmap across LCAP, LMS, Armor, and Learner UI. The role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to translate requirements into a prioritized roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or technical product ownership in content/learning systems
• Strong stakeholder management across many partners with competing priorities and a 1-Apple mindset
• Proven ability to write clear requirements and acceptance criteria for end-to-end delivery
• Experience owning a product across content/CMS, delivery/LMS, and learner UI
• Effective communicator able to present to senior leadership and translate technical detail into business value
• Experience partnering with engineering, QE, EPM, and UX to deliver production-ready solutions
• Familiarity with release management, UAT coordination, and backlog tooling (Radar)
• Comfort operating in complex, fast-moving environments with multiple workstreams
• Systems-thinking mindset connecting content, delivery, data, and learner experience across the platform
• Strong documentation discipline and governance awareness

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product liaison and manage stakeholder relationships with partners and the community of 150+ content providers.
• Own end-to-end requirements and acceptance criteria for LCAP, LMS, Armor, and Learner UI; partner with UX on design handoff and capture value, complexity, and feasibility.
• Partner on the platform's AI roadmap — GenAI content authoring, tagging, and AI-assisted translation for authoring and delivery.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, and platform delivery with engineering and stakeholders; support migrations and releases.
• Represent the platform in cross-functional forums; keep stakeholders aligned on scope, timing, and trade-offs.
• Deliver leadership updates and quarterly readouts on platform health, roadmap, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Own provider communications and announcements — release notes, platform news, documentation, and change management.
• Drive daily/weekly platform syncs to surface risks early and triage production issues to protect learners.
• Support annual budget and vendor-estimate cycles for the platform.
