This person will own CWU's enterprise leadership development portfolio, designing and delivering programs that build frontline leadership and director-level capability. They will influence senior stakeholders across functions, partner with People teams, and

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in leadership/organizational development or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise leadership programs for frontline managers and senior leaders.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company preferred; ability to navigate rapid change.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders (VP level and above).
• Experience building programs from scratch, not only running existing curricula.
• Deep expertise in leadership development theory, behavior change, and program evaluation.
• Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own CWU's leadership development portfolio end-to-end from strategy to delivery and evaluation.
• Collaborate on scaling Management Essentials and Leadership Essentials programs.
• Design needs analysis, curriculum architecture, and delivery approach for leadership programs.
• Build scalable frameworks, toolkits, and resources that extend learning into the flow of work.
• Partner with PBPs, People team, and senior leaders to connect leadership development to performance and talent cycles.
• Facilitate leadership programs with authority and develop internal/external facilitator strategies.
