You will translate complex AI infrastructure topics into engaging learning experiences, working closely with technical stakeholders to drive credible content and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of multi-modal learning programs for DC Operations or Product & Engineering.
• Translate complex AI infrastructure concepts into accessible learning experiences.
• Conduct needs analyses with technical leaders and translate findings into learning strategies with metrics.
• Independently manage programs from scoping through evaluation.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids.
