The role leads learning programs, collaborates across talent functions, and leverages Workday Learning to support development and the talent pipeline across all levels. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience are typical; hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational communication, or related field required.
• 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in employee learning and development programs and a strengths-based culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance employee learning and development programs.
• Champion a strengths-based culture; integrate CliftonStrengths into development activities.
• Manage RLI U, the company's learning university, including content and campaigns.
