Job summary

This role requires 3+ years in pharma L&D and strong agile project management with global program experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree and/or Project Management certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ learning and development within the pharmaceutical industry experience; global programs experience preferred.
• Experience with AI tools for learning content development and LMS platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile project delivery across the WWCL CoE portfolio with defined outcomes and timelines.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and develop strategies to close identified skills gaps.
• Design global, skills-based learning pathways and deploy them with local adaptations.
• Act as LEAP Learning Partner, ensuring governance and delivery readiness across projects.
• Drive platform adoption and integration with enterprise systems like MyLearning and CRM capabilities.
• Engage with stakeholders across Commercialization, Medical, and Market Access to align learning outcomes.
• Travel as needed to support global programs.
