Job summary

Jackson seeks a Senior Talent Development Consultant to design, develop, and deliver learning strategies aligning with business goals and talent pipelines. You will collaborate with HR partners to craft programs that grow internal capability through workshops, eLearning, coaching, and performance support tools.

You will apply human performance methodologies and stay current on OD and coaching trends while partnering with leaders to deliver measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct training needs analysis and measure impact.
• Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theory.
• Expertise in instructional design for all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders as a consultant and business partner.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, supports, implements, and assesses learning and development strategies.
• Consults with business units and HR partners to design programs.
• Executes the talent development strategy through workshops, eLearning, coaching, and assessments.
• Delivers and supports in-person, virtual and hybrid instructor-led training.
• Stays current on talent development and coaching trends.
• Applies human performance methodology to measure and align with business objectives.
• Leads and facilitates meetings and focus groups to solve problems and build capabilities.
• Develops learning content with strong business impact and learner relevance.
• Provides regular reporting on training evaluations and outcomes.
