Responsibilities

• Identify current and future training needs and translate into learning roadmaps.
• Develop and deploy learning programs using instructor-led, digital, and blended formats.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual classes, workshops, and development interventions.
• Partner with people managers to support development planning and succession pipelines.
• Monitor ROI and effectiveness of learning programs with qualitative and quantitative measures.
• Stay updated on external learning trends and technologies.
