Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Sr. Trainer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact learning solutions across the organization. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to analyze needs and implement effective programs that drive measurable performance outcomes.

You will facilitate virtual and in-person trainings for employees at all levels, create strategic plans, and continuously improve learning materials and delivery methods to enhance learner experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience on a cross-functional team as a trainer (adult learners preferred).
• 2 years experience in health insurance, managed care, and instructional design/processing/quality review.
• Certified Trainer from an accredited agency/university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions across the organization.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training for employees at all levels.
• Create strategic training plans with built-in timelines.
• Train programs including customer service, core systems, enrollment, and claims processing.
• Maintain training materials and resources across internal and external systems.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, assessments, and surveys.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and peers to improve learning outcomes.
• Act as a consultant to business areas supported by L&D.
