Job summary

Dycom Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior Learning & Development Facilitator to deliver leadership and professional skills training across the enterprise, both in-person and virtual.

You’ll support instructional designers during curriculum development for leadership programs and help ensure training aligns with business objectives. This role combines hands-on facilitation with coaching, Train-the-Trainer sessions for subsidiary HR teams, and measurement of training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating leadership development programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in HR, Adult Learning, Business, or related field.
• Ability to adapt facilitation techniques for varied learner demographics and environments.
• Working knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Strong stakeholder management with internal customer service focus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suites.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver leadership and professional skills training across various organizational levels.
• Provide individual and group coaching to support skill application and performance improvement.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to provide feedback and recommend course updates based on delivery outcomes.
• Audit leadership development materials regularly to verify alignment with business objectives and instructional standards.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for subsidiary HR teams facilitating localized content.
• Execute enterprise L&D strategies in collaboration with business units and subsidiary HR leadership.
• Measure training effectiveness using quantitative assessments, surveys, and qualitative feedback.
• Support organizational change management initiatives through targeted communication and training efforts.

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Adult Learning, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating leadership development programs across diverse organizational levels.
• Demonstrated proficiency in adapting facilitation techniques for varied learner demographics and environments.
• Working knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on internal customer service and collaborative relationships.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suites.
• Proven ability to manage multiple L&D deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically based on business need.
