You will produce high-quality training materials, collaborate with experts, and deliver both virtual and in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility and impact across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of curriculum/content development and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with learning management systems and eLearning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs and materials for University Advancement staff.
• Facilitate in-person and Zoom trainings; ensure accessibility and branding.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor programs and measure impact.
