Job summary

LEO Events, LLC seeks a Sr. Manager of Learning & Development to lead programs, partnerships, and systems that build skills and improve performance across the company. You will shape the learning roadmap, manage the LMS, onboarding, and leadership development, and ensure competency and career progression frameworks align with business goals.

You will collaborate with department heads to deliver practical, measurable learning experiences and partner with external experts when needed.

Qualifications

Significant experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development.
Ability to translate business needs into practical training resources.
Experience implementing or administering an LMS or learning platform.
Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel for onsite learning and development initiatives.
Strategic planning and prioritization to balance development needs with resources.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a phased learning roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Lead LMS implementation, launch, and administration including tracking and reporting.
Partner with People to coordinate required training and maintain records.
Manage learning budget and external vendors, assess program effectiveness.
Create competency frameworks and define role-specific skills and proficiency.
Design and deliver companywide learning through workshops and digital resources.
Build leadership development programs and equip supervisors with coaching tools.
