Google LLC is seeking a seasoned Learning Designer to influence PeopleDev initiatives across multiple products. You will craft scalable learning solutions and roadmaps, delivering user-centric content that enhances performance and adoption through AI-assisted workflows.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of instructional design experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of advancing education programs for diverse audiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions for various formats and audiences.
• 4 years of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator (such as K12).
• Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support learning design strategy across multiple products, collaborating with teammates and partners across PeopleDev and POp Products.
• Build end-to-end learning solutions or programs that align to user needs and that drive high impact to the business.
• Develop clear learning design roadmaps to build user-centric, personalized learning solutions.
• Leverage learning design practices to deliver new or continuously improved products that are relevant to current and emergent user needs.
• Anticipate instructional design trends to build compelling products and apply AI tools to optimize workflows or create personalized learning experiences.
