You will collaborate with stakeholders to tailor programs and deliver engaging training experiences that resonate with learners. The ideal candidate will bring creative content production, social media, video, and graphic design experience, plus proficiency with LMS tools and eLearning platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field required.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging training using technology-based tools.
• Experience with learning management systems and LMS-approved creation software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production of training content across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with clients, alliance partners, and subject matter experts to tailor training content.
• Leverage approved assets to create materials for various training media.
• Deploy courses to internal and external learning management systems.
• Train on creating engaging experiences for learners.
