Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to lead Education Services learning content, owning the portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and certification opportunities for designated business units. You will translate complex products into effective learning solutions and collaborate with product management, R&D, and subject matter experts to drive customer proficiency and adoption.

You will design learning objectives, determine modalities, and guide content development to ensure measurable learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex products into customer-focused learning requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Education Services portfolio strategy, content roadmap, curriculum direction, learning paths, course blueprint and certification opportunities.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, customer feedback, product roadmaps, and learning data to shape portfolio priorities.
• Design technical learning solutions and course blueprints translating complex concepts into effective learning experiences.
• Explore and recommend AI-enabled and scalable learning approaches.
• Serve as primary course owner ensuring alignment with objectives, audience needs, and quality standards.
• Communicate recommendations and align stakeholders with competing business objectives.
