Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to own the Education Services learning portfolio, including strategy, curriculum direction, roadmaps, paths, and certification opportunities for assigned business units.

You will work across Product Management, R&D, Services, and subject matter experts to translate complex products into learner-centered solutions, defining objectives, modalities, assessments, and success criteria to drive customer proficiency and product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field and related discipline required.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, instructional design or related roles.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and course design.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Education Services portfolio strategy, content roadmap, and certification opportunities.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into portfolio priorities and roadmaps.
• Design technical learning solutions and course blueprints translating complex products and workflows.
• Explore AI-enabled learning approaches and scalable customer education models.
• Coordinate ownership of courses from development through delivery and evaluate outcomes.
