Job summary

Pathstream is seeking a Senior Learner Support & Outreach Specialist to guide learners through onboarding and provide proactive, white-glove support. You will monitor engagement metrics, design intervention strategies, execute outreach via email, SMS, and phone to improve retention and completion, and surface learner feedback to Marketing, Product, and other teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in high-touch, relationship-driven support roles, with senior or mentorship experience.
• Strong communication, empathy, and analytical skills, plus comfort with data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Guide learners through their certificate programs and serve as a go-to resource for information and encouragement.
• Execute outreach via email, SMS, and phone to improve retention and completion rates.
• Surface learner feedback to Marketing, Product, and other teams to drive improvements.
