Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Lean/CI in multi-site manufacturing.
• Any Lean-related certification.
• Experience with VSM, A3, 5S, Standard Work, RCA, PDCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Lean transformation initiatives across multiple factories.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping to evaluate processes.
• Drive company-wide adoption of Lean principles.
