Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Global Leader of Lean Transformation to drive enterprise-wide Lean deployment. You will lead and accelerate Operational Excellence across a global manufacturing network, partnering with business leaders and site managers to deliver measurable improvements through culture change and disciplined practices.

Key responsibilities include developing roadmaps, coaching leaders, and standardizing processes like Daily Management, Kaizen, and TPM, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing ops, continuous improvement or OpEx leadership.
• Experience leading Lean Operating Systems across multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Lean Transformation roadmap aligned with objectives and growth.
• Establish and standardize Operational Excellence systems across manufacturing facilities.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events to improve flow and profitability.
• Coach plant managers on Lean leadership and continuous improvement practices.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive enterprise improvements in safety, quality, and cost.
