We are looking for an experienced Senior Lean Leader to drive operational excellence across multiple production sites. In this role, you will lead large‑scale Lean and footprint initiatives, build Lean capability within site teams, and develop internal multipliers—employees who can independently apply Lean tools to sustain long‑term improvements. The purpose of the role is to build an organization that uses Lean tools to drive tangible productivity that supports our financial goals. This position requires deep technical knowledge of Lean tools, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and operational excellence.
